Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and semi-dry. The flavor profile is a delicate mineral infused peach and pineapple blend with hints of Anjou pear and tangerine. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger well after the wine is gone. This wine would be a fine offering to consider with your Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: As one of our specialty bottlings of Dry Riesling, the Reserve draws from specifically identified lots, highlighting the very best qualities of our estate grown grapes from our three vineyard locations. The Reserve features a luxurious nose of tangerine followed by a delicate palate of citrus with a touch of juniper berry. A lingering finish continues to makes the mouth water long after the wine is gone. Food Pairing: Asian cuisine, Chicken, Pork
